Brad’s basement in Bright, Indiana was unfinished, and it flooded every time it rained. The rest of the house needed work too.
The basement was unfinished and took on water with every rain, and the upstairs needed remodeling as well. It was a whole house of work, not one repair.
We ran the whole project start to finish, upstairs and down, so Brad dealt with us rather than with every trade separately.
In the basement that meant waterproofing and finishing the space: a large full bathroom with plumbing run underground and a heated tile floor, a large bedroom with a walk-in closet and a closet system, an egress window in the bedroom, and soundproofing around the bedroom, the closet, the bathroom and the utility room.
The basement is finished living space now, and it stays dry when it rains. In Brad’s words:
